About Vignature

Vignature provides image-based electronic signature products that allow businesses and individuals to expedite document signing. Vignature was founded in February 2011. The corporation is based in Dallas, Texas, and serves businesses throughout the United States.

Matt Spradley - Cofounder and CEO

Matt’s role at Vignature is to lead product development and to formulate company strategy. He has over 17 years of systems design experience. As a cofounder at Elinc he designed and filed for a patent on a system to manage distributed medical records in a secure manner. Matt’s experience with that system is directly applicable to securing electronic signatures. More recently he cofounded Impirus, where he utilized Microsoft Azure to provide the infrastructure for powering a website solution. Matt is currently using Microsoft Azure with Vignature, as it provides a scalable and reliable platform for document storage. Matt graduated from Texas A&M in 1994 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Scott Roberts - Cofounder and CTO

Scott has over 20 years of software development experience in varied industries from retail to hospitality to telecom. He brings a technical focus to the product development team and is an expert in database design and system architecture. Scott has a proven ability to “gel” development teams and drive them to meet tight deadlines that are the “norm” in software development. Scott has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma and is a rabid college football fan. Boomer Sooner!

Kelly Spradley - Cofounder and CMO

Kelly’s role at Vignature is to perform market research and plan and implement marketing campaigns. She previously cofounded Impirus, where she served in a marketing and business development capacity. Kelly specializes in writing white papers, blog posts, managing PPC ads, and managing social media profiles. She also worked with Matt at Elinc/Eklin, where she wrote the help file for VIA software and developed training materials. Kelly graduated from Texas A&M in 1992, and received a Master’s Degree from UNT in 1995.
